The Designer Landscape Garden 31 Piece Set is your opportunity to create a perfect garden with that professional designer look.  First there is the base garden roll that forms the archor of your new garden layout.  Then there are 30 planting squares that enable you to expand and augment the garden in any shape or direction you choose for a softer, well-integrated appeal.  The roll contains a colorful mix of 10 flowers varieties and the planting squares contain either Bishops Flower, Cosmos, or Zinnia.  There are 12, 10, and 8 squares respectively of each variety.  The set comes with the Complete Garden Layout Guide developed by the experts at Instant Flower Garden®.  Use one of the pre-designed layouts or create your own.  The set can be completely customized to suit your garden and imagination.  As always, a little extra care will insure you have maximum results from your Instant Flower Garden® product.

Varieties -  Base Garden - Ageratum (Ageratum houstonianum), Aster (Callistephus chinensis), Bachelor Button (Centaurea cyanus), Calendula (Calendula officinalis), Cosmos (Cosmos biphinnatus), Gloriosa Daisy (Rudbeckia hirta), Larkspur (Consolida ajacis), Salvia (Salvia farinacea), Snapdragon (Antirrhimum majus maxmum), and Zinnia (Zinnia elegans).  

Planting Squares - (12) Bishop Flower (Ammi majus), (10) Cosmos (Cosmos bipinnatus), and (8) Zinnia (Zinnia haageana).

General Installation and Watering - Determine the size and location for your garden and prepare the soil as described in Garden Basics.  Then simply roll out the seeded mat on prepared loosened soil and place the planting squares according to the plan or as desired.  Water liberally.  Be sure that the soil for the entire garden area has been prepared and well watered.  See Garden Basics for more detailed instructions, soil preparation essentials, and other helpful tips.

Special Considerations - Consider intermingling the planting squares in groups of three or placing them in drifts in front of the roll.

What Can I Expect – The Instant Flower Garden® Designer Landscape Garden comes with a base garden roll containing 10 lovely annual varieties and 30 individual planting squares:  12 squares of lacy, white Bishop Flower, 10 squares of mixed color Cosmos, and 8 squares of stunning cherry-colored Zinnias.  The plants will germinate in 1 to 3 weeks depending upon conditions and soil temperature.  Patience is necessary in this phase.  Cool evenings and overcast days can delay germination.  Then, after the second set of leaves unfold, some thinning may be necessary to eliminate crowding and allow for stronger mature plants.  Expect the Designer Landscape Garden to grow to a height of 8 to 36 inches.
