The English Cutting Garden contains a spectacular array of 10 varieties of flowers.   It is designed to produce a charming English-style garden just filled flowers that are the perfect height and color combinations to cut for beautiful arrangements.  This garden contains two full nine foot rolls with a minimum of 2,250 premium seeds.  Whether you plant both this season or save one for next year, you will be delighted with the results.  As always, a little extra care will insure you have maximum results from your  product.

General Installation & Watering - Simply roll out the seeded mat on prepared loosened soil and water liberally.  See Garden Basics for more detailed instructions, soil preparation essentials, and other helpful tips.

Special Considerations  - The best part of a cutting garden is that cutting the flowers not only brings you the enjoyment of beautiful bouquets in the home, but actually helps promote more flower production and heathly plant development.  To create a longer lasting arrangement, remove any foliage that would be below the waterline, cut stems at an angle, and place immediately in mildly warm water.

What I Can Expect - The Instant Flower Garden® English Cutting Garden plants will germinate in 1 to 2 weeks depending upon conditions and soil temperature.  Patience is necessary in this phase.  Cool evenings and overcast days can delay germination.  Then, after the second set of leaves unfold, some thinning may be necessary to avoid crowding and allow for stronger mature plants.  Expect the English Cutting Garden flowers to grow to a height of 12 to 36 inches and continue blooming throughout the season.
