Instant Flower Garden® Ground Cover contains Chamomile, an English favorite.  It is valued for its low-growing feathery foliage and dainty daisy-like flowers.  The Ground Cover garden comes with (16) 5”x5” seeded mats that can be used to create the most interesting effects in your landscape. Use it to fill the spaces between stepping stones or shrubs and perennials, as an edging along pathways, or tuck it into the crevaces of a stonewall!  It will tolerate light foot-traffic and reward you with a light apple scent.  The Instant Flower Garden® Ground Cover is an evergreen perennial in most regions and will cover up to 10 sq. ft.  As always, a little extra care will insure you have maximum results from your Instant Flower Garden® product.

Variety - Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis)

General Installation and Watering - Simply place mats on prepared soilin any confituration desired.  Water liberally.  See Garden Basics for more detailed instructions, soil preparation essentials, and other helpful tips.

Special Considerations – To create a continuous plot or path, it is best to place the mats about 6 inches apart.  Over time they will grow together. Avoid a location that tends to remain damp.

Where to Plant – Partial to full sun in well drained soil. 

What Can I Expect – The Instant Flower Garden® Ground Cover will germinate in 1 - 2 weeks depending upon conditions and soil temperature.  Patience is necessary in this phase.  Cool evenings and overcast days can delay germination.  Then, after the second set of leaves unfold.  It is not necessary to thin the seedlings.  Expect the Ground Cover to grow to a height of 6 to 10 inches and produce its charming tiny daisies in the summer.
